What is The Elijah Network? - It a personal partnership and mentorship from Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr through personal experiences in ministry, shared resources, dialogue sessions and networking opportunity with other partners. The ultimate goal and vision of Rev. William Flippin and the Raising Leaders Annual Summit is to develop adaptive leaders to be at the front edge of leadership in a one day conference featuring several noted lecturers in leadership. Coaching and mentoring is a core value of the Raising Leaders Ministry and several lectures, discussion groups and summits are centered on developing coaching skills as leaders. The commitment to raising leaders and mentoring really began in Rev. Flippin’s personal life, as a father of three sons who he raised to strive for excellence--with all three sons becoming ministers, earning double degrees and graduating from impressive institutions. There are three key components that Rev. Flippin sees at the core of why leadership development is necessary:
